Welcome to my new blog. Hopefully we will be able to roll into an ongoing dialog regarding the efficiency of sales and marketing organizations. I believe companies to often let these groups “set sail” and are afraid to insure they are supporting the company’s strategy in all that they do.
Unfortunately I have found many companies don’t have a concrete strategy and just motor along “as usual”. Somehow these folks seem to grow if they have a reliable product or service. However, the effort that goes into making them successful is incredible. With a clear strategy and plan they could accomplish much more in much less time. There would be fewer tears and less expense.
Hopefully we can have some fun and a few laughs as we go. I look forward to it.
